Q: How far in advance do I need to rent a bounce house?
A: It is always a good idea to rent your bounce house AS SOON AS you know your date. Even if you are not 100% confident of your time, make a reservation for what you think it might be. We can change your time slightly if need-be, but it is vital to order your bounce house early. We get many last-minute requests for bounce house rentals and turn many of them down because we sell out of our bounce houses so quickly!
Q: Can you donate a bounce house rental?
A: Generally speaking we do not do dollar for dollar donations of our services. We choose a few causes each year to donate to and stick to those. We do offer discounts for some charitable organizations or for multiple inflatable rentals. Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive we need to cap our donations every year.
Q: Can you set up in a park?
A: Yes, we can set up in any park in Fort Walton Beach (The city already has our insurance certificate on file). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify power and permission that we are allowed to set up. We also offer generator rentals since most parks do not provide power.
Q: Do your bounce houses come with a generator?
A: No, we do not offer free generator rentals. We do offer generator rentals though. Our bounce house blowers only require a standard 110V outlet.
Q: When is payment due?
A: We require a $50 deposit on orders under $500 and a 50% deposit on orders over $500 to hold your reservation. The balance is due the day of the party with cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted on delivery.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for my bounce house delivery?
A: Make sure your yard is free of debris including animal droppings. We will not set up in a yard that is covered in animal droppings. Make sure we have a clear path to access your yard or party area. We cannot lift bounce houses over fences. We will not be responsible for moving property to access the party area. Please do not cut the grass the day of the party or after the bounce house is dropped off.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Please leave the bounce house inflated so the rain runs off the roof. As long as the winds don’t exceed 15mph the children can still enjoy the bounce house. We recommend not using the bounce house if there is lighting or thunder in the area.
Q: I saw on the news that some bounce houses blew away in the wind.
Do you anchor your bounce houses?A: YES!! We take safety very seriously. Our bounce houses are anchored securely every single job. Bounce houses are temporary structures rated up to 15mph wind speeds. Winds over 15mph are considered unsafe for operating a bounce house. Have everyone exit the bounce house, deflate the bounce house, and wait for the weather to subside.
Q: Are your bounce houses clean?
A: Yes, we have a full-time staff dedicated to the cleanliness of our inflatables. That is the difference between us and the part-time companies who do this business as a side-job.
Q: How much space do I need?
A: We like to leave a 2-3 foot buffer around the unit. That means this area should be at least 18’ by 18’ for our standard sized bounce houses. This area should be clear of walls, trees, poles, rocks, and any other obstructions. We do this for the safety of our equipment AND the participants
Q: Can I come to your locations and pick up the bounce house?
A: Absolutely, we offer customer pickup on select bounce house rentals and other party rental equipment. Please visit our bounce house rental pickup webpage for more information.
Q: When will you deliver my bounce house?
A: We finalize our schedule 1-2 days prior of your event. We will contact you with delivery and pickup times. Sometimes we deliver several hours before the party begins.
Q: How many people can fit in the bounce house?
A: Generally speaking you can fit between 6 and 12 people in a bounce house at a given time. It really depends on the size, weight, and demeanor of the participants. It is always recommended that participants are grouped together by size and age.
Q: What happens if someone gets hurt?
A: We carry insurance for our bounce house rentals, however it is the renters responsibility to ensure the safe operation of the bounce house. Bounce houses are not toys or babysitters. Kids will incur the same bumps that they would going to a playground on a bounce house.
Q: Why are you more expensive than the companies that advertise $50 bounce house rentals?
A: We incur costs that the $50 bounce house rental companies do not. We carry general liability insurance, commercial automotive insurance, and workers compensation insurance. This is for the safety of our company and you as the renter! All of our vehicles are company-owned and drive by uniformed company employees. Just remember that you get what you pay for!
Q: I have a question that wasn’t answered above?
A: Please contact us if you have any additional questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
